The controller is EFESIM, an individual entrepreneurship of Elvin Muradov, registered in Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan city, 48th district, Block A, House 30. You can reach us at info@efesim.com for any privacy request.

• Contact data you submit through our contact form: first name, surname, email address, subject, message and the website language you selected.
• Order data when you buy an eSIM: the selected package, quantity, currency, promo code and billing details processed by our payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, used for security and to prevent form abuse.
• Preference data stored locally in your browser: language, currency, cart contents and cookie consent.

• To answer your enquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interest).
• To deliver eSIM profiles and fulfil purchases (performance of a contract).
• To meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To protect the website against spam and fraudulent submissions (legitimate interest).

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers who help us operate: our email delivery provider (to send confirmation and support emails), our hosting provider, and — once online payments are enabled — our e-commerce and payment processors. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Some providers operate outside Azerbaijan, including inside the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on providers that offer contractual safeguards equivalent to the protection described in this policy.

Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months. Order records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting law. Browser-stored preferences remain until you clear them.

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, API credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed in the browser, and access to customer data is limited to team members who need it.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
