EFESIM is operated by Elvin Muradov, individual entrepreneur, registered in Azerbaijan at Nakhchivan city, 48th district, Block A, House 30. Contact: info@efesim.com and support@efesim.com.

EFESIM resells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Plans are data-only: unless a product page states otherwise, they do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS.

You are responsible for confirming, before purchase, that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. Our compatible devices list is provided for guidance; a plan that cannot be installed on an incompatible or locked device is not a product defect.

• Prices are shown in AZN, EUR or USD according to your selection; converted amounts are indicative and the charged amount is set at checkout.
• Displayed prices include applicable taxes.
• Promo codes are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed, and hold no cash value.

Online card payments are not yet active on this website. They will be enabled once our official BNESIM integration is completed. Until then, no payment is collected through the checkout and orders are arranged directly with our team by email.

Once payments are live, eSIM profiles are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, normally within minutes. Validity begins according to the activation rules stated on the product, typically when the eSIM first connects to a supported network.

• Unlimited plans are subject to fair-use policies set by the underlying network operators, which may reduce speed after a stated volume.
• Reselling, tethering abuse, automated traffic generation and any unlawful use are prohibited.
• We may suspend a plan used in breach of these terms.

Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local partner networks and are outside our direct control. Temporary interruptions and speed variations do not constitute a failure of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or lost business resulting from a lack of connectivity.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by contacting support@efesim.com.
